A graduate of Institute of Hotel Management, Ahmedabad, she's contributed her expertise to renowned establishments like Oberoi, Intercontinental, and Marriott Hotels. With a robust background, she adds invaluable insight to the consulting firm.

Balvir Parekh

Balvir Parekh has been a prominent figure in the HR industry since 1996, bringing over two decades of extensive experience. His impactful contributions to renowned hospitality groups has been commendable. Balvir holds an Masters of Labour Welfare from Gujarat University, LLB degree from I M Nanavati Law College and a BA in Economics from Xavier’s College, Ahmedabad, reflecting his strong educational foundation.
